Hello Justine, How are you doing? To clean a soft cloth barely damp, if it doesn't wipe off perfectly you can put some mild dishwashing liquid on your cloth and rub gently. Hello Emmanuelle, I hope you are well. What do you mean by not magnetic enough? The magnetic slate can be magnetized on all ferrous supports: fridge, metal door, armored door, magnetic wallpaper, magnetic board... Then, you can write with a liquid chalk marker or a chalk.
